BIKE DIVA OR RUN GODDESS?
In addition to being a long distance road cyclist, I have recently added running to my athletic pursuits. Last Tuesday I signed up to do my first 1/2 marathon and full marathon with the Leukemia Society’s Team in Training program. On December 7th, 2008 I will be running a 13.1 mile half marathon at the Marathon of the Palm Beaches which takes place in West Palm Beach, Florida. And if running just over 13 miles isn’t enough, on January 11th, 2009 I will be running a full 26.2 mile marathon at the Disney Marathon in Orlando, Florida. I look forward to using my new Solstice Freestyle Watch as an aid to my marathon training. Let the FUN begin!
