Hobe Sound Ride

Dear Velo’s Cyclery Customer

In conjunction with Fat Cat Bicycles we are helping Nate Adler get to are Nations Criterium Championship, in Downers Grove , IL .

Nate is a accomplished cyclist in south Florida and the eastern United States . He has the opportunity to compete against top rated cyclist in America , and you can help him get there.

Here is the ride info;

Date: Sunday August 3rd 2008

Meeting point: Brian Park in Lake Worth just east of the Lake Worth bridge.

Time: 7:00am the ride starts

Amount: Donations per rider

Ride info: The goal is to go all the way to Hobe Sound and back to Lake Worth . About 85 mile round trip. If you want to come and maybe can’t go all the way you can go to the end of Singer Island and that will be about 40 to 45 miles.

Rest Stops: will be at about every 25 miles. We will provide water and snacks. Thanks to Fat Cat Bicycles.

No permits for this ride. Velo’s Cyclery and Fat Cat Bicycles is not responsible for any damage to you or your bike. Obey all traffic laws. Respect other riders. Please don’t take unnecessary risks. Take all the necessary tools for flats and any other damages that can occur. Support cars will be limited. Know your body limits and enjoy the ride.
